Established in 1962 by Bob Sinclair, E&S Trading is one of Victoria's oldest family-owned specialist kitchen, bathroom and laundry retailers. E&S Trading is run today by brothers Rob and Mike Sinclair and their mother Kaye Sinclair. Growing up within the business, Rob and Mike have been continuously striving for greater heights; and it is this passion for innovation and improvement that has secured a place for E&S Trading as a long time industry leader.

Visitors to E&S Trading are treated to the finest displays of new technologies and trends, as regular revamps and renovations ensure all showrooms remain relevant and exciting to Victorian homeowners, architects, tradespeople, developers and designers. A team of highly trained consultants is ready to help clients select the products best suited for their job, from the world's best brands, both Australian and European, without breaking the budget.

When the Geelong store was purchased in March of 2003, it underwent the first stage of a major refit, adding a 500 square metre cookware showroom at the rear of the existing store, which at the time was Australia's largest display of cookware products. E&S Trading will relocate and expand the Geelong showroom to the current site of Fagg's Mitre 10 located at 531 Moorabool Street, Geelong. The new 3,300 square metre showroom is open from 2011.

In late 2004 the original store in Ashburton was given an amazing face lift and expansion. This also heralded the introduction of the bathroom category to the folio of quality products offered by E&S Trading. At the end of 2010, the Ashburton showroom relocated to a brand new 1,438 square metre space at the Chadstone Lifestyle Precinct. The Ashburton store has been transformed into a new commercial showroom, featuring a specialised range of products for commercial-only projects. It will also be the new site of E&S Trading's head office.
2005 and 2008 saw the opening of two new showrooms located in Blackburn and Essendon. Both these showrooms house two of the best displays of Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry products anywhere in Australia.

This was followed by the opening of E&S Trading's Moorabbin showroom in 2009. Displays of the latest products and appliances fill the showroom, making Moorabbin a spectacular exhibit.
